Drink Eight Glasses of Water a Day

This week, write down how much water you consume and try to get eight 8-oz glasses. You can use a water jug at your desk if that helps. Many of us think we drink enough water until we start writing it down, and its vitally important for all body functions. If your water level is sub par - your body functions may be sub par too!

I add Celestial Seasonings Zingers to my water to help me to drink more water. They are all-natural and calorie free and taste yummy!

This is so important! I really feel a boost in my energy level when I'm drinking enough water! Plus I'm getting all the great health benefits of drinking enough water :-)
