My tip of the week

ACHS is located near the river walk that runs along the Willamette River. The College Registrar Heather Baley and I usually try go for a 30 minute walk along the river when the weather's nice. We get a chance to catch up socially and get out for fresh air and exercise! It's a great way to rejuvenate myself and avoid the afternoon slump! Try to get outside for some sun (and Vitamin D) and to stretch your legs for at least 30 minutes every day!

Love it - I just went for a walk in the sun and even though my day is crazy busy I combined the walk with running an errand to the bank - so not only did I save gas, I exercised too!
